Why? With "yo" we use soy — "ser" changes with the person.

In exercise 14 I wrote "Yesterday I have visited my grandmother" and it's marked wrong. Why?
Because "yesterday" is a finished time, so exercise 14 needs the past simple: have visited visited
✅ Yesterday I visited my grandmother.
Use the present perfect only when the time is still open: "I have visited her this week." Same rule for exercises 15 and 16 on that page.
